Who we are
MG Books began with Michael, a lifelong teacher with a passion for antiques and rare books. Over the years he built an impressive collection and opened up a shop in Bristol. During his retirement, he turned his attention to miniature books.
Carrying his entire collection in a single briefcase from one book fair to the next with his wife Jean. Over the decades Michael built a reputation among collectors worldwide. Today, his son Matthew carries on his legacy with his own book shop in Bath and a growing collection of the finest miniature and antiquarian books.
